Join us in supporting the Park at LeDroit.

Support can take many forms - from attending events, helping at park clean-ups, volunteering for special projects, joining a committee, or through financial contributions to park improvement projects.
Below are some of the ways you can get involved at the Park at LeDroit:
The Friends of the Park (FoPAL) is currently being absorbed into the LeDroit Park Civic Association (LPCA) to streamline the effort needed to manage the organization. Friends of the Park maintains its own bank account through GreenSpaces to accept tax-deductible donations to invest in the Park directly.
The Friends of the Park remains active by advocating with the Department of Parks (DPR) and other District entities for resources and repairs.

In October 2025, The Friends of the Park refreshed the Sign Up form to connect with new volunteers. We welcome your support for one-off, short-term, or long-term projects!
